Dubai Will Soon Have A Floating Resort With An Overwater Helipad!
Seems like Dubai wants to be number one in every sector. The city already has the world’s tallest building, one of the biggest malls, tallest hotel, and longest elevator in its name.
After all these records, Dubai is creating a first-of-its-kind floating resort which is all set to open in 2023.
Features of Kempinski Floating Palace
Known as Kempinski Floating Palace, the resort is anchored next to the most exclusive beach stretch in Dubai on Jumeirah Beach Road. The luxury floating resort will have a main floating building consisting of 156 gorgeous rooms and suites. Another awesome feature of the resort will be 12 exclusive villas that will not only float, but can also be moved around like a houseboat! Sounds fabulous, right!
The villas will have two floors and these will feature panoramic windows, a rooftop terrace and infinity pool. Guests can choose from two, three, or four guest bedrooms. Each of these villas will be complete with smart home technology to make the stay memorable. These are also designed to be eco-friendly and have solar panels.
The five-star property will also have on-site restaurants and bars, a spa and multiple pools. There will be boutique shops and banquet areas too for the convenience of the guests. The floating building has four parts with a glass pyramid that connects them through the middle. Not only this, the resort will be replete with a floating helipad and parking for up to 16 yachts.
