1. Gowmukhasana or Cow pose

2. Bhujangasana or Cobra pose

Bhujanganasana will strengthen the muscles on your chest and help in increasing the breast size. Start by lying down on your yoga mat on your stomach. Keep your palms near your shoulders on the floor. Now raise your upper body by pressing down your palm on the floor. You can lift your body as high as possible. Look up while doing this pose. Now slowly return to your original pose. Repeat this five times.

3. Ustrasana or Camel pose

Utrasana is one of the simple poses in yoga. It will stretch the muscles on your chest and promote enlargement of breasts. Stand on your knees and keep your hand on your waist. Now bend backwards and try to hold your ankles. Stay in this position for some time and then return to your original position.

4. Stabdhasana

Stabdhasana will stretch the breast muscles and is a great yoga asana to increase your bust line naturally. Start by standing straight with your knees shoulder length apart. Raise your hand to your shoulder level and keep them in front of you. Let your wrist face upward and spread your fingers. Now imagine pushing your hands against an object. Use the muscles of your chest and arms for doing so. Repeat this around five times.

5. Dwikonasana or Double angle pose

This pose will promote growth of chest muscles and stretches the chest. It will make your breasts firm and bigger. Start by standing straight and bring your hands back. Interlock your fingers and flip it. Now slowly bend forward moving your interlocked hands upward. Hold this position for sometime and then come back to the original position. Repeat it about 10 times.
