Raj Kundra Seeks Bail, Cites No Evidence Against Him As The Vital Factor

Mumbai based Businessman and husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty was arrested in the month of July by the Mumbai Police in the accisation of creating Pornographic content and providing them on online platforms.

The accused has now applied for a bail in a metropolitan court saying that the investigation is practically over and the officials have not found any such evidence that links him to this case, the bail plea also says that Raj Kundra has been targeted and all the allegations against him are false, he is not even related to the process of uploading or broadcasting of the alleged questionable content, the bail plea added.

The Businessman is currently in a judicial custody and is trying for bail However it is the truth that there are no evidences found against Raj Kundra for creating questionable content and providing them on sites.

Earlier Raj Kundra’s wife Shilpa Shetty recorded her statement on the same case to the Mumbai Police and said that she did not have any idea what her husband was doing as she was busy in her own work and shoots. The actress also claims to not take a single money from her husbands bad earned money but also slams rumors of divorce.
