Returns
Our Membership is for 1 year. If 30 days have gone by since your MEMBERSHIP, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a Cancel Your Membership when not participated in any of our Webinars for more than 6 months. You must Attend At least 1 Webinar to continue your membership for at least 6 months.
complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
We also Supply Broadcasting Merchandise like Tripod, Backdrop, Mic, if any member purchases these items then, Refund will be done within 1 week of Delivery. A refund will be done after deducting the shipping cost from Order.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only cancel membership if notified within 30 days of purchase.. If you need to cancel your Membership send us an email at fb@gbb.asia

Which is non-refundable, and will be in the form of Shopping vouchers, which will be given to Members after buying our GNN Asian Membership.
